Log in with Registration Number & Date of Birth

Enter the Purpose of Genuineness of the certificate.

3.

Upload the Original certificate issued by Telangana Pharmacy Council.

4.

Upload the letter addressed to The Registrar requesting for Genuineness certificate.

5.

Complete the payment through online.

6.

Genuineness Certificate will be mailed to the concerned email id after duly verified by the Registrar, Telangana Pharmacy Council.

Note :     Genuineness verification for each Certificate is Rs.100/- + 18% GST.
